With this Code of Ethics (hereinafter also the “Code”), VC Partners SGR S.p.A. – EuVECA Manager (hereinafter the “Company” or the “SGR”) intends to formalize the set of values recognized, accepted and shared by the Company, as well as to attribute rights, duties and responsibilities for the promotion and affirmation of such values, with respect to all the subjects with whom it interacts for the pursuit of its corporate purpose.
To this end, the Code identifies the fundamental values, the reference standards and the rules of conduct and the principles that must guide the behavior of those who work within and/or on behalf of the SGR, as well as, within the limits of the provisions of Article 5 of the Code, of the
suppliers and consultants that the SGR uses.
These principles, which are also inspired by the sustainable development objectives set out in the United Nations 2030 Agenda, are aimed at integrating the rules of conduct that the various interested parties are required to observe, in addition to what is already provided for by current legislation, employment and collaboration contracts, commercial contracts and the Company’s internal procedures.
